Left not feeling good about myself came in with blonde hair left with an orange brown hair. Mistakes were made on 3 seperate occasions and in the long run had to take my business elsewhere to have corrected and fixed and do to all things done had to cut my hair short. I was also blamed for mistakes like I did something wrong and they told new hair dresser when she called asking what was done so far thst I was pushy and demanding. Which was unprofessional and unacceptable. Plus not true. I had a right after 3 seperate visits first two which I paid like 300 plus tips for to be upset my hair looked like garbage. 3rd visit was the last visit which that visit they did not charge for cause they completely ruined my hair. Was informed I would not recieve a refund only a credit. But honestly will not return after my experience and definitely will not recommend after how I was made to feel and how I was treated. It is beyond disgusting for staff to be dishonest and to blame a client for mistakes.
